What Is Sukoonly?
Sukoonly is an Islamic digital resource focused exclusively on authentic duas (supplications), Sunnah-based practices, and Prophetic healing (Tibb al-Nabawi). Every dua published on this site is sourced from verified hadith collections — primarily Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abi Dawud, Sunan al-Tirmidhi, and Sunan al-Nasa’i — with citation of the book name, hadith number, and scholarly grade.
The name Sukoonly (سكوني) is derived from Sukoon (سكون) — the Arabic word for peace, stillness, and tranquility. Our mission is to help Muslims find that inner stillness through verified Prophetic supplications.

Our Editorial Methodology
Every dua on Sukoonly follows a strict verification methodology based on classical hadith sciences (Mustalah al-Hadith):
- Primary Source: We cite the exact hadith collection (e.g., Sahih al-Bukhari — Kitab al-Da’awat), book chapter, and hadith number
- Hadith Grade: We state the authenticity grade — Sahih (sound), Hasan (good), Da‘if (weak), or Mawdu‘ (fabricated)
- Scholar References: We rely on grading by Imam al-Nawawi (al-Adhkar), Shaykh al-Albani (Sahih al-Adhkar), Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani (Fath al-Bari), and Ibn al-Qayyim (al-Wabil al-Sayyib)
- No Fabricated Duas: Duas graded as Mawdu‘ (fabricated) are not published as Prophetic — we clearly label them or exclude them
This methodology aligns with the global standard set by Hisn al-Muslim (Fortress of the Muslim) by Sa’id al-Qahtani — the most widely distributed authenticated dua collection in the world.
